Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a registration, making a payment, receiving a booking confirmation or entering the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked on this website. If you are registering on behalf of another participant, you are responsible for ensuring that the participant is aware of the applicable event rules.
Registration & Participant Information
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. The organizer may use the submitted information for participant administration, identity submission, payment reconciliation, event communication and entry management.
A registration is not confirmed merely because the form has been submitted. Confirmation occurs after the applicable payment has been successfully recorded and the registration status is confirmed by the system.
Passes & Entry
A valid confirmed registration/pass is required for participant entry. Passes are issued for the registered participant and must not be duplicated, altered, resold or misused. The organizer may request reasonable identity confirmation where required for event entry or registration support.
Loss, sharing, duplication or misuse of a pass or QR credential may result in entry being delayed or refused while the registration is checked.
Traditional Attire
Traditional attire is compulsory for players. Participants are expected to respect the cultural character of Garba and follow reasonable dress, entry and security instructions communicated by the organizer.
Pricing, GST & Payment
Pass pricing is displayed before payment together with applicable GST and the final payable amount. Payments are processed through the payment gateway made available during registration, which may include Razorpay-hosted checkout or payment-link pages.
Your booking is considered paid only when the payment is successfully confirmed in our system. A payment request that remains failed or pending does not by itself confirm entry.
Cancellation & Refunds
Successfully paid passes are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except for a verified duplicate payment or where the event is cancelled by the organizer. The complete rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Participant Conduct & Safety
Participants and visitors must follow lawful safety, security, venue and crowd-management instructions. The organizer may refuse or withdraw entry where a person presents a safety risk, behaves disruptively, misuses a pass, provides materially false registration information, or refuses to comply with reasonable event rules.
Event Changes
Operational details such as entry procedures, timings, stage programming, artist schedule, security arrangements, layout or venue facilities may be adjusted where reasonably necessary. Such operational changes do not automatically constitute cancellation of the event. If the organizer cancels the event, the Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.
Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and for assessing whether they are fit to participate in a physically active event. Please follow on-site instructions and seek appropriate assistance if you feel unwell or require support.
Privacy & Communications
Registration information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you using the mobile number, WhatsApp number or email address supplied during registration for booking, payment, entry, event and support communications.
